NEW - EXPRESS SAUNA/COLD PLUNGE
$25 for a 20 Minute Express Session in our small sauna room. This includes your sauna and cold plunge. Due to the short sessions, we will only be running traditional saunas for these. Want to bring a friend? They can join for only $20!

Pricing:
$35 Single Session
Salt Sessions have up to 4 seats available. You may spend your session with other individuals when booking. Schedule each person in your session for their own chair. Dress in layers. Some people find the salt room to be warm and others find it to be cold.
Family Session:
$35 for first adult + $5 per child 12 and under + $20 per additional adult
Please email us to schedule a family session. We keep our regular and family sessions separate so that children have free roam of the salt room during their session. Family sessions are for those with small children.
