Red light therapy & Shower - small sauna room
Start your sauna session with a quick red light session to help awaken your cells for deeper healing and detox. Beneficial for those wanting to lower their overall stress. This gentle, non-invasive treatment may help promote glowing skin, reduce inflammation, ease muscle and joint tension, enhance circulation, and encourage deep relaxation This room also provides a private shower for you to cool off during your session.

$25 for a 20 Minute Express Session. This includes your sauna and cold plunge/red light. Due to the short sessions, we will only be running traditional saunas for these. Want to bring a friend? They can join for only $20! (No package options for Express Sessions)

Pricing:
$35 Single Session
Salt Sessions have up to 4 seats available. You may spend your session with other individuals when booking. Schedule each person in your session for their own chair. Dress in layers. Some people find the salt room to be warm and others find it to be cold.
Family Session:
$35 for first adult + $5 per child 12 and under + $20 per additional adult
Please email us to schedule a family session. We keep our regular and family sessions separate so that children have free roam of the salt room during their session. Family sessions are for those with small children.
Massage Therapy
We are currently not accepting new massage clients. Kelsey is still managing health concerns and is not yet able to resume her work as a Massage Therapist. We appreciate your understanding and support during this time.
