Popular weekend services include : Sauna, Cold Plunge, Red Light Therapy and Salt Therapy. We are conveniently located downtown by several other businesses. Many visitors love pairing a bluff hike with a sauna and cold plunge or red light session for the ultimate recovery experience. Spending the day with some friends? Our large sauna can hold up to 4 adults and our Salt Room can hold up to 6. During the week, we also offer IV Hydration and Massage Therapy.
